Fishing rods are supplied for great beach fishing. The fully equipped galley kitchen with world-class ILVE appliances is an entertainers dream with separate refrigeration for wines and beverages, 1200mm gas cooking station, 900mm oven, and instant ZIP hot/cold filtered water. The first-floor lounge area has stunning unobstructed ocean panoramas, arcade table with 60 games - perfect to entertain the kids, and a 50' TV. This area opens to an ocean-facing balcony with day bed and sun chairs with views to the horizon. To ensure your ultimate comfort day and night in any season, the entire home is air-conditioned. The home is located in a gated community. It has a double garage plus additional street parking if required. Sapphire Sands Beach House is a pet-friendly property, up to 2 pets per booking, and they must be from the same household.
