Design-Apartment Graz

The fully equipped 66m² apartment (included Balcony) is located on the 1st floor(NO LIFT)in a new building completed in 2017 and benefits from its central location. The apartment can accommodate 4 people, there are 2 double beds (180x200cm), both of which can also be pushed apart as single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 1-2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and high-speed Wi-Fi can be used for free in the entire apartment. 2 parking spaces are included. The space The apartment is very centrally located (SCS Seiersberg and A2 are very close, but it is also only about 6 km from downtown Graz), supermarkets are also easily accessible (Billa, Hofer). We try to make our guests stay as comfortable as possible, in the apartment all the important everyday objects are available, of course also bed linen, towels, soap, shower gel, mineral water, coffee, tea, juice, toilet paper, etc. Children and babies are welcome here! On request, we are also happy to provide a crib, as well as a high chair and baby bathtub in the apartment. There is also air conditioning available for the summer months.
