In our great, large first floor apartment, the hobby room is located in the basement. We live in Messestadt West in the east of Munich. Messe München is 8 minutes away, the U-Bahn station is 5 minutes away and a large shopping center, the Riem Arkaden, is only 3 minutes away by foot. Despite its central location, our apartment is totally traffic-calmed and you can only hear the birds chirping. The space We live in a beautiful 100 sqm ground floor apartment with terrace and garden. There are 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet on the first floor. The fair is an 8-minute walk. Hobby room 1 is located in the basement, but can be easily reached by a staircase from the living room. The hobby room is equipped with a wardrobe and a 1.60 m bed and a TV.
