The space You won’t want to leave this piece of paradise in one of Canberra’s coolest precincts. Beautifully presented, the apartment has everything you need in a home away from home with a super sized Smart, super fast wifi and a comfortable queen sized bed. The kitchen is well equipped and the laundry includes a washing machine and dryer. Other features include a walk-in wardrobe, rainwater shower, ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning and Netflix. Access to a gym and secure basement parking complete this perfect package. Note that the TV does not have local channels. We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building's gym throughout your stay. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas. PARKING: The parking garage can fit up to 1 car. There’s a 2 hr free street parking and also a paid longer stay car park at the end of the street on Eastlake Parade . Guest access Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. Other things to note Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Note: Please note that roof replacement works are scheduled from April 14th to April 21st, 2025, during weekdays (7am–5pm), with potential noise and temporary access restrictions; dates may vary depending on weather conditions.
