Small Ardèche house

Our small house (23 m2 studio) is located between St Félicien and St Victor, surrounded by nature, it will allow you to recharge your batteries and enjoy nature. 3 km from the village, you will find shops, markets, tourist office. The area is perfect for outdoor activities. You'll love the place because of its unobstructed view of the Ardèche mountains and Vercors. It will be perfect for couples or solo travelers, for a moment of serenity or hiking. The space the accommodation is functional with minimum comfort. the kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, two electric hotplates, microwave oven, classic coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fondue and raclette machine. Sponges, tea towels, dishwashing and cleaning products, a minimum of condiments are at your disposal. Upon arrival the bed will be made and I will provide two small towels. The small house is heated by a pellet stove. Photos are not contractual. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. In order to maintain an attractive nightly price, guests are asked to leave the small house clean and tidy. Containers for waste and selective sorting are nearby. Possibility of taking the cleaning option for 15 euros per stay. Guest access The small house is located in our yard which will be shared, but not overlooked. A large adjoining lot allows you to park cars, however a space is reserved for you just above the courtyard. The entrance is completely autonomous if necessary and the schedules adaptable Other things to note The region, very relaxing, offers many nature activities such as hiking, mountain biking, road biking with the Ardèche from St Félicien, climbing 30 minutes away, swimming in the Doux... etc.
