Due to work, I'm sometimes home and sometimes not, but you'll always feel my concern for your well-being and I'm happy to help with anything you need, as well as send you countless suggestions ☺️ The space The house is located in a very charming Sevillian courtyard. It has been completely renovated and all the furniture, mattresses, appliances, utensils and rooms are new. The shared bathroom is cleaned daily and is only shared with one other room, so it is usually always available. I spend my time both in Seville and in other cities of Spain for work reasons, but I will always be willing to help you so that you can discover the magical places that Seville has, as well as its gastronomy and its traditions. Anyway, you will never feel alone, since there are always guests in other rooms that are passing through the city, trying to explore every corner of it. This neighborhood is called San Julian and is full of life with its bars, tapas, coffee shops, concerts. In the 90's the neighborhood had a change at all levels and were rehabilited all old house and began to be occupied by artists and bohemians of Seville, from being a slum to be a neighborhood where live many social classes and where everybody knows everybody. Proximity to old town makes this neighborhood one of the most attractive for those who want to explore the city and know the essence and the manners people Sevilla. In this neighborhood will find many bars where people gather to have a beer and socialize. Guest access The common areas (living room and kitchen) are shared, and you will share the bathroom, which is cleaned daily, with another room only. I try to make all the guests who stay in our rooms feel at home, which is why I provide all the facilities so that they are comfortable and do not lack for anything. You will have the kitchen at your disposal in case you need to use it, as well as the free-use washer and dryer (15h - 22h), the living room and the common rooms of the house (always respecting the established rules and the hours of use of each area or service). I also provide towels, body wash and shampoo to our guests, as well as a hair dryer that can be found in the room. You have available an iron machine in the same way. During your stay We like to attend to our guests, and their needs are ours. In our experience with Airbnb we have shared great moments with many of our guests, going out to show them the city or chatting about trips and places to visit. On other occasions when our guests are more independent, we are always available for what they may require, but giving them the space they demand. Other things to note Once the reservation has been made, I will contact the guests to thank them for their trust, and from that moment, provide them with all the information they need, including suggestions for visiting the city (monuments), a detailed list by area with the best restaurants in relation quality - price, flamenco shows, free tours, and of course, the best way to get to my house from the different points of Seville (bus station, train station or airport). I will also inform all guests who come by car of the best free parking areas near the house, bearing in mind that being the historic center is a complex area to find a quick place.
