The Beehive- Beautiful garden room + breakfast

The perfect place for a short trip away. The Beehive is a quiet self contained double room with ensuite shower room, parking and separate guest entrance. Space to make drinks with a super quiet mini fridge/ nespresso machine/toaster and breakfast provided in the room. An ideal base for exploring the South Downs, Chichester & Portsmouth area. The Beehive catches the evening sun in the garden; perfect for relaxing in the hanging chair. Smart TV, fast wifi, key box entry. The space The Beehive is a clean double room with en-suite. The Beehive has its own combi boiler for central heating and instant hot water. There is an extending table and 2 chairs perfect for breakfast or using a laptop. The room has a full length mirror, hooks for hanging clothes and a shelf for clothes/ other belongings. The bed is extremely comfortable with a Silent Night mattress. A breakfast of granola, yoghurt, fresh fruit, bagels, jam & a selection of teas and coffee is prepared & ready in your room for you to enjoy. The garden has a south facing patio area with sofa/swing chair and another patio with table and chairs. We also have a fire pit and an outdoor table tennis table which guests are welcome to use. Emsworth station is a 15-20 minute walk with the town centre a further 5 minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants to enjoy & a variety of local shops. There is also a local convenience shop 200m along the road from the Beehive. Please note, the Beehive is not recommended for longer stays due to limited storage space. Guest access Guests have a private entrance and access to a shared garden with 2 patios, one at the rear of the garden with sun lounger and hanging chair and one outside the Beehive with a table tennis table.
