Granny flat is separate from the main house very private situated behind the house , off street parking . Close to USQ 2.3 km and 500m to Westridge shopping centre. Please note the accomodation is not suitable for Small children or pets . The space We have a shared outdoor area Guest access Guest are welcome to use the outdoor area this is a shared space . Other things to note We like to greet the guests on arrival so that we are able to show them around. Not suitable for pets . We have 2 small dogs on the premises.
