The master bedroom in the back of the home includes a queen-sized bed, ample closet space and natural light. The second bedroom, perfect for the kids, has a triple twin bunk bed and additional closet space. Each room has ceiling fans and windows that can be opened to take advantage of the regular sea breeze on cooler days and at night. The living room couch also includes a queen-sized pull-out bed. Designated parking is not included. Free street parking is usually available in this quiet neighborhood. This adorable beach cottage is close to the Balboa Ferry that can take you across the bay to the Fun Zone or the many pristine beaches along the Newport Peninsula.
