In five minutes by car you can reach the beaches of Montepaone (municipality near Montauro). Moving a little more, (10 minutes by car) you can reach really fabulous beaches, such as Calalunga (3km),Pietragrande(3km) and especially Caminia (4km), where you can admire fabulous landscapes, crystal clear sea and wonderful beaches: Property description: The villa is located within a small area of which 3 other houses are part,it has 2 entrances of which one front, common to the villa and to the neighboring houses, which leads to the main entrance gate of the villa , and one rear that leads to the garden (unpaved). The main entrance offers a common atrium where you can park your car. Once you enter the main gate, you can directly access the garden, completely surrounded by greenery. The garden is divided into 3 areas: a central area, and two lateral ones, which are accessed through special internal staircases. In the garden there are numerous fruit trees, especially in August they offer a good variety of fresh fruit (especially grapes, figs, prickly pears, almonds, pears, olives). The central area of the garden is equipped with a large covered gazebo and stone tables with benches. Immediately behind the gazebo area is an open area with panomaric views, docked with a hammock. The kitchen/living area is equipped with a fixed air conditioner and is very bright (there are in fact 4 windows well distributed on both sides). From the kitchen kitchen, the living room is accessed through the door to a narrow and long corridor that leads to the bedrooms and bathroom.
