Coastal Apartments Lipa

This is a modern, newly decorated apartment overlooking the coastal walking road that leads to the most famous Croatian beach, Zlatni Rat. It's on the upper floor of a house and consists of a spacious balcony and a large living room with integrated kitchen, two separate bedrooms equipped with their own bathrooms. One bedroom has two single beds and the other one has one double bed. Free parking on the premises. The space The photos don't do the apartment justice. It's so beautiful and relaxing, I barely want to leave the house when I'm there. Perfect for a family of four. Within walking distance of anything you need. Guest access Whole upper floor. Other things to note All rooms, bathrooms and the hall have floor heating and the living room has AC. All water pipes and electric cables are new. All the tiles, toilets, showers, sinks etc. are Italian. The kitchen is Dan Kuchen, the appliances are Bosch and the mattresses are Wollbett. Also available without additional fee are a kayak and a paddle board.
