Come and stay in our charming studio located 200 m from the beach, at the foot of the shops (bakery, fishmonger, butcher, bar, restaurants). Fully equipped studio with a closed sleeping area (boat cabin style), located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. It has a great view of the Île des Ebihens. Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac. The space The studio is ideal for 2/3 people, possibility for 4 people but you will be less comfortable. It consists of an equipped kitchen area with dining area (dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, induction stove, fridge, dishes, dishwasher, microwave). We provide a minimum of coffee and tea for breakfast. The living room has a sofa bed (140 x 200). You can relax and watch the sea from the sofa… The sleeping area has a 160 x 200 bed. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Bed linen provided. Dish towels available as well as hand towels. Cleaning supplies on site for cleaning. The apartment has a free space (central parking space, the one on the far left closest to the mailboxes, see photo with arrow). Secure bike storage common to the building is available.
