Beautiful apartment with unique character

My place is located in the best residential area of Dhaka city with 24 hours security coverage. It is close to new business areas of the town where most of the international organizations, embassy, popular restaurants, shopping malls are located. The airport is only 30 minutes drive. The public transport and park, lake, walking path, mosque, children's playground are just 5-10 minutes walk. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the views, the location, and the safety. The space When you are in a new place, your first concern is the safety and security of you and your family members. Secondly you consider the location which will give you access to all facilities you need for your daily life. Then you will consider the environment where you can enjoy your leisure time after your work or send your kids for extra curricular activities. My apartment will fulfill all your needs. It is situated in the best residential area of Dhaka city where you can still feel the natural beauty even living in the heart of modern city. Furthermore, we are always here to help you if you need. Guest access You can access the roof top garden with prior arrangement with the host. Otherwise you are free to use the kitchen, washing machine, drawing and dining room. The owner of the apartment is the host. Please use this property with loving care. You will find decorative products and other accessories of the owner there. You are allowed to use except for the personal stuff. Please make sure that you will take care of the property as you do care for your personal things. Thanks for your understanding. Other things to note Few house rules you need to consider while staying in the apartment - 1. Try to be green. Please switch off all the lights and AC when you are not using any specific room or area. And when you are out of the apartment. We have an estimate about the electricity bill. If you keep the AC running all the time when you are not using the rooms, can significantly increase the electricity bill and impact the functionality of the AC. If we receive very high electricity bill more than usual, we will have to charge you for that. 2. Please switch off the gas knob properly after every use to avoid any gas leakage. It can be fatal for you if you overlook it. 3. Our main gate and lift closes at 11pm. Please try to maintain your schedule accordingly. For exceptional case, please organize it with the security guard of our building. 4. You will find valuables and collection in my apartment. You are welcome to enjoy those but don't loss or break anything. 5. Please maintain and clean the apartment as it is your own. Any damage of the property or equipment will be charged to your account. 6. Try to maintain the rules of our housing society for your safety and comfort. 7. Please feel free to contact me if you have any question or concern. 8. You will get access only to the AC of the number of rooms you will book. For access AC for living room and family space,you have to pay extra 500 BDT per AC per day directly to the host. This is because of high electricity bills. 9.
