The coach House

Beautifully renovated Coach House in our lovely East Lothian Garden, which was recently opened to the public as part of the East Lothian garden trail. Perfect for a cosy weekend break or as an ideal base to explore beautiful East Lothian, we are 10 minutes from the stunning beaches in Gullane, North Berwick and Tyninghame, 15 from Dunbar. The John Muir way is nearby for some fabulous cycling and walking and if you fancy a hill or two the Lammermuirs are nearby. The space The Coach House is in the garden of our 18th century manse, it has a large welcoming hall space and a cosy sitting room with log burning stove(wood supplied). Our open plan dining kitchen is perfect for preparing simple meals or reheating , perhaps not for a gourmet extravaganza! A bathroom with wow factor(free standing large bath with shower attachment) and two twin bedrooms, or one twin and one king size bed.We have constant heating in winter courtesy of our biomass boiler so plenty of hot water. Guest access Guests can wander round our 3 acre garden and enjoy beautiful views over the East Lothian countryside. There are numerous country walks from the house.
