The space Prancing Horse Lodge is nestled into The Village at Eagles Nest, about a mile into the development, on a beautifully-landscaped lot overlooking breathtaking sunset views. Conveniently located near all of the main amenities you will surely stay busy having fun at the Great Camp featuring the Toy Barn, Great Lawn, rope courses, networks of walking and hiking trails, and much more! Prancing Horse Lodge was custom built in 2016 and features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. The Kitchen is plenty big for entertainment and has stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a large island. There are 4 bar stools at the island, and a high top table for 2. The living room boasts beautiful vaulted ceilings, a stacked stone wood-burning fireplace with a large TV above, and cozy furniture. Step outside onto the large deck to enjoy the the cool mountain air and a beautiful sunset! There is a gas grill on the deck for guests to use. The master bedroom is located on the main level and features a king size bed and private deck access. There is also a private bathroom with his and her sinks, a large soaking tub, and a custom built tile shower. Downstairs are 2 more bedrooms - one with a king bed and private full bathroom and the other with 2 sets of bunk beds, all twin size. There is another full bathroom on this level as well as a laundry closet and additional living area with a gas fireplace, couch and a large TV. While enjoying your stay at this home, you have access to most amenities in the Eagles Nest community. Amenities available to you include: Great Camp: Epic Chophouse - available to renters without membership BBQ Pavilion Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November) The Great Lawn Playground Hiking Trails Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal) Mini-Golf Course 24/7 General Store North Pavilion: Sportsman's Lodge (unlocked portion only) Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball) Dog Park Walking Trail Sportsman’s Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary) Fire Pit Woodland Trail System (Hiking & Biking Trails) Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts Pickleball Basketball Frisbee Golf Archery Playground (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!) Vineyard: Food and Wine served Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.) Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced. Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only. Additional Notes and Rules: - This home allows 1 mature dog. Please be sure to list your pet, and it will be included in the total shown. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. - Firewood may be purchased with a minimum of a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax per night. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge. - The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. - All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development. - Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. - Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates. - Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.) - The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks. - All linens and towels provided for your stay. - All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception. - Firewood for the outdoor fireplace and firepit may be added at the time of booking, or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night. - Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival.
