Unique design loft pool villa

Our house is located in the north of Phuket Island. Very nice and quiet area 5 minutes driving from fabulous beaches like Naithon , Layan, Mai kao et Naiyang . Very preserved area because included in Sirinath national park. Boat trips in the Phang Nga Bay are available from 20 minutes driving from the local and non-touristic Bang Rong Pier. Our Villa of 120 m2, is a modern construction . Ideal for relaxing out of busy Phuket areas, but close to everything and easy to access. The space Our house is a self cooling loft concept designed by two architects from Finland. It is open all the way on the terrasse and the garden side. We however provide aircon for the night hours on the sleeping zone. Guest access You will have private acces to the entire property . No one else . This is a mega "plus" compared to most of other offers. Other things to note Electricity costs are extra for stays of 2 weeks and more. The maintenance costs of the pool and garden are at our expense and included in the rental. We can arrange transportation from the airport on request.
