Apartment of approx. 50 m2 living space (cellar 3 m2) with large terrace of 30 m2, not overlooked, accommodation and terrace facing west so in the sun in the afternoon. Rated 3 stars. Private access via external stairs. Ideal for 2 people, possibility of staying for 4. Community swimming pool. For those who like to listen to the birds when they wake up in the morning! 13 km from Montbéliard (about 20 minutes to get to the city center) 25 km from Belfort (about 30 minutes by free highway) The space We renovated our old family farm. We built an independent accommodation in part of the attic (the cottage) where we lived for 15 years before moving to the ground floor of the house. After some renovation work, we decided to rent this place out for seasonal rentals. All comforts: underfloor heating, electric shutters and exterior blinds, walk-in shower, equipped kitchen... Bed linen, towels, table linen provided. Provide beach towels for the pool exit if you want to swim. The house is located on 10 acres of land and we have a vegetable garden, a large meadow of almost 1 ha behind the house, which leaves us plenty of room. 1 private parking space reserved on the property. Guest access The accommodation is entirely dedicated to guests. The space behind the house is shared: access to the barbecue on sunny days and access to the swimming pool (please note: unheated water) Other things to note Mandatory cleaning at the end of the stay (charged €50 if not done), possibility of cleaning package at €50. Our home is not suitable for people working at night.
