Guest access The whole house and backyard is yours to enjoy. The garage is used for owner storage and is not available for guest use. This home has an updated furnace and central air to keep you comfortable, no matter the time of year. All newer windows ensure the temperature stays just where you like it and reduces any outside noises, however, they DO NOT reduce the noise of a snorer in your group. (wink wink) The bedrooms do also have ceiling fans if you enjoy a breeze while you snooze and/or choose to open the windows for that outdoor feel.
