A very affectionate little dog lives in the apartment. Beautiful 15 m2 room on the 4th and top floor of a bright apartment. Desk in the room. 3 min walk from the Swiss border and tram every 5 min to Geneva (15 min from the city center, 20 min from the University). Wifi, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, bath towels, sheets etc. My values: sharing, friendliness and kindness! Looking forward to meeting you! The space Atypical apartment, charm and modernity characterize it. It is spacious (160 m2), very clean, quiet (top floor and double glazing). Duplex: I live on the lower level. You will stay on the upper level where there are 3 private bedrooms, toilets and 1 bathroom to share. Guest access kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen, to be shared, is at your disposal only for preparation and fast food (30 to 45 min max). This is to allow for a fair rotation between roommates. I also ask that you avoid cooking after 10:30 p.m. so as not to disturb those who go to bed early. Thank you. During your stay I am a sociable person but I adapt to my guests: I am discreet with people who want their peace and quiet.
