Fully renovated studio with independent entrance on the 2nd floor of a duplex in the Rosemont La Petite Patrie district. Balcony-terrace furnished in summer with a small table and two chairs. Very bright and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. 7-minute walk from the Beaubien metro station, ideally located to discover the little gems of Montreal and the surrounding area on foot or by bike. My family and I live on the ground floor and will be happy to share our tips and favorites if you like! The space The studio is the equivalent of a large hotel room of about 300 sq. ft., tastefully decorated with an equipped kitchen, in a family and authentic neighborhood. We can provide a small extra bed (for baby or child) upon request. A new addition to the kitchen: a nice little espresso machine for the morning latte! A new terrace with a table and two chairs is now accessible at the front in summer! There is also an air conditioner that is now available on request for hot summer nights... Other things to note Please dispose of your waste in the places indicated on the day of your departure (the garbage and recycling bins are at the bottom of the steps leading to the studio).
