Restored farm, central fireplace, stone walls, exposed beams. 2 bedrooms and 1 large mezzanine. Large garden. Games room on the garden floor, ⚠️shared swimming pool with us. Pool open from 5/15 to 10/15. Hours 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. Terrace with pergola and private land for the gite. Deckchairs, BBQ. Very close to Beaune and 50 m from the bike path. Internet. On-site parking, in front of the door. In a quiet village with 4 restaurants, 18-hole golf course, fitness trail. 3 km from shops The space House with a small kitchen area, with dining area and living room. Old-fashioned charm, 2 bedrooms and 1 mezzanine, 1 bathroom and 2 separate toilets. Central fireplace (fires on reasonable wood consumption, thank you). Games room. The pool is our family pool, it is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guest access the entire place is reserved for guests only. Parking is shared with us. The pool is shared with us. We are respectful of your presence and very discreet and do not occupy the pool in your presence. Other things to note we have a 12 year old dog (Australian shepherd), very nice but who keeps! thank you for not letting small children play outside, parking side,unattended. Our dog will be a friend to your older children. It's nice of you to let us know if you receive family visiting for the day. No more than 6 people sleeping, including children.
