On-site parking in front of the door. In a quiet village with 4 restaurants, an 18-hole golf course, and a fitness trail. Shops 3 km away The space House with, on the upper floor, a small kitchenette, plus a dining and living area. Two bedrooms and one large mezzanine, one bathroom, and two separate toilets. Central fireplace (please use wood responsibly). Ground floor: laundry room, half bath, playroom. The pool is our family pool; it is open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. We can lend you our electric charging station for €8 per charge. Guest access The entire property is reserved for guests only. The parking is shared with us. The pool is shared with us. We are respectful of your presence and very discreet, and we do not use the pool when you are there. Pool hours to be respected due to cleaning and products Other things to note We have a dog named Jerk, an Australian Shepherd, 12 years old, very friendly but a good guard dog! Please do not let young children play outside alone, in the parking area, without supervision. In the garden, your children have plenty of space to play. Our dog will be a friend to your older children. It's nice of you to let us know if you receive family visiting for the day. No more than 6 people per night, including children.
