You will find an entrance with a cloakroom, a spacious and modern kitchen with everything you need to cook, a large living room with 2 living/dining areas, 2 large bedrooms, one with private shower room and another smaller one with mezzanine bed (unsecured and not recommended for children under 10 years old) and plenty of storage for your belongings, a bathroom with bathtub and double sink, a washing machine and a dryer, a separate toilet. This accommodation is my main home which contributes to a warm atmosphere. The countryside is a few minutes drive away. Car that you can park under the building itself. Very rare in the city center! As well as the unoverlooked terrace, which will allow you, weather permitting, to enjoy the magnificent view for your reading moments or even cigarette breaks (The apartment is non-smoking) I look forward to hosting you for your Clermont-Ferrand getaways. Guest access If you are by car, access to the free private garage is via the street under Les Augustins, opposite the "Les Augustes" reading café If you arrive by train, the train station is a 20-minute walk away. Otherwise, take line B to Place de Jaude and then the tram towards Champratel and get off at the "Hôtel de Ville" stop If you arrive by plane, it is best to take a taxi, public transport is not very practical. Other things to note The apartment is on the 3rd floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR, not accessible for people with reduced mobility. Some dates are unavailable for personal reasons.
