Charming Guesthouse w/ Doggy Door, No Pet Fees

Enjoy lovely Tucson sunsets in your own private casita. A 1BR/1BA, this sweet guesthouse is the perfect size for you to enjoy. It's right in the heart of midtown, about a ten minute drive from the University of Arizona and about a 15 minute drive from Downtown Tucson. Whether you are here to visit a loved one at the University of Arizona or enjoy one of Tucson's many attractions, you'll find this guesthouse to be a quaint space to relax. Hablamos Español. The space This private 1BR/1BA guest house is the perfect space for one or two people to call home. It is not a studio—the bedroom is a separate room from the kitchen/living room. It has its own entrance and a private, fenced in backyard that’s bigger than most regular backyards! The guesthouse is not attached to the main house. It has a kitchen with all the utensils and cooking tools you'll need. Coffee is included to get you started. It has its own private bathroom with handrails for those that appreciate extra support. The queen size bed has an extremely comfortable Brooklyn Plush mattress by Brooklyn Bedding that you’re sure to enjoy! If you have a third guest in your group we can gladly provide you with an air mattress. No illegal drugs or smoking/vaping on the property. Guest access Guests can access the entire guesthouse including the private backyard (not shared with main house). You will also have access to the laundry room that is attached to the main house. The laundry room is a shared space with the main house guests. Please be respectful. Laundry hours are from 9am-9pm daily. Other things to note The guesthouse has a doggy door if your furry family member will be joining you. :) The backyard is completely fenced in and private. Please regularly clean up after your pets during your stay. Stays longer than 28 days will require a standard lease. If furniture is moved during the stay, it will need to be put back in its original location prior to departure. Thank you!
