Walking/cycling/rest in beautiful Auvergne village

Three storey house about 100 years old with wooden floors throughout and wooden beams on top floor. Large family bathroom with bath and shower, shower in each of all three second floor bedrooms, large well equipped kitchen and outside seating for summer and large bbq. Enclosed garden and garage parking. Gym machine.. Beautiful village 4 km from nearest supermarket/chemist/baker. Walking in all directions in woods and great views. The space There’s a fire in the front room where you can burn wood. The rooms are airy and get good light. The kitchen has various cafetières, coffee filters, teapots, a bread maker, pasta maker, orange juicer, trays for making tartes, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. There are three tables inside downstairs - one is a large folding table for large meals. There is a smaller wooden dining table for 6-8 people and an antique preparation table which also seats people if necessary. The lounge has two large sofas and four comfy chairs. There are additional chairs around the house and there’s another large folding table upstairs in the main bedroom. Outside there is a large dining table in the garage for outside use with chairs and cushions. There is a further table for use in the garden also as well as sunshades for both and extra chairs and loungers. There’s a barbecue in the garden too and electric lights outside too. There are three main bedrooms on the first floor: one with king electric beds and full bathroom with shower, and then one with a double and one with two singles, both rooms with showers. The top floor has a king luxury futon mattress on tatami, a double sofa bed and a couple of cots. There are also spare tatami mats which can be used for extra people with sleeping bags if required. There are two high chairs in the loft which can be used also. There is also a large family bathroom with separate shower and bath. There are three toilets - two on the first floor and one on the second. Guest access All spaces can be used.
