 * Plush Furniture such as chairs, bed-side tables and lamps, bed linens, etc. are curated considering the minuscule detail and comfort. * Also amenities like hair dryer, iron, kettle, etc. are available on request. WASHROOM * It has an attached bathroom with top-of-the-line modern fittings.
 * It is equipped with water geysers, towels, shampoo and basic toiletries.
 * These spaces are neatly finished with 24 x 7 water supply. LIVING ROOM * There are 2 living rooms - 1 in the main house and 1 in the tree house. * The Living Room has a plush sofa-set apt for reading a book or enjoying time with your folks. KITCHEN - Kitchen Access is not allowed to Guests. - Guests can refer to the menu below for food selection. - If guests bring outside food here, then only re-heating is allowed via microwave. We charge 5k per day as Microwave, Crockery Usage charges i.e. for servers , reheating using crockery & cutlery. OTHER COMMON AREAS There is a large lawn that can accommodate up to 100 guests if an event is hosted here. There is a swimming pool. - The pool is 30x20 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. - There is a suite only available for the owner on the first floor of the 5th room next to the pool area. (This area is only available for the owner and not for guests). Guest access The entire farmhouse: - Swimming Pool - Jacuzzi - Steam room - Gym - Mini-Golf course - Cricket - Table Tennis - Lawn - Treehouse, etc. Other things to note An extra refundable security deposit will be collected of Rs. 20k. The same will be refunded at the time of check-out. For events, charges are separate. Please reach out to us for the same. You get breakfast complimentary with your stay. Disclosure for pets: 1. We take no responsibility on the safety and security of your pet. P.S. Our farmhouse is properly walled from all the sides along with a huge gate. 2. The staff will not clean up behind your pet. 3. Any damage caused by pet will have to be reimbursed by you fully. 4. Pets are not allowed inside the pool, jacuzzzi, or on the beds and sofas. 5. Staff will not feed pets. 6. You need to carry all equipment and food for feeding and care of your pet.
