MOST places in the area (except the main resort) DO NOT have A/C. It seldom gets past low 80s usually in the 70s and there is a wonderful breeze. There are free standing fans if needed as well. Sugarbush Resort and Mad River Glen’s respective ski slopes are within a 10-minute drive away. In the summer, walk to the private swimming hole behind the home or hike the trails at Mt Ellen. There is a $250 additional fee per pet (per week, for longer stays), and the following rules must be strictly adhered to. 1. The pets cannot be left alone in the apartment unless secured (locked) in their kennel (cage) 2. The pet is under no circumstances allowed on any of the furniture, including beds 3. We reserve the right to keep the security deposit if we find out or if it is evident that our rules were not respected 4. Please bring your own hair removal tool, lint roller, etc, and maintain the cleanliness of our home Due to my allergies, we have to unfortunately be rather strict with the rules, but we've had great guests who are very understanding and respectful, which enables us to continue to allow pets.
