The space is permitted through Davidson County, TN (permit number 2/0/1/8/0/0/7/9/2/3). The space The Highland House is a cozy, updated 1/1 apartment in East Nashville. Fold-out couch and bed accommodate four. The apartment is separate from the main house and has its own entryway and deck. Apartment is approximately 700 square feet and has a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig, coffee pot, and toaster. Pots, pans, utensils, and dinner ware available in the unit as well. Free cable, Wi-Fi, and washer and dryer. Shampoo and soap provided. Grab some wine and bubbles and have a relaxing evening! Guest access The apartment is separate from the main house. The attached deck is yours to enjoy during your stay. There is a five-spot parking area-- use as many spots as you'd like.
