NO WIFI Quiet, detached cottage on the edge of the forest, close to the beaches of Mimizan (12 km), the golf course, lakes, and bike paths (the Vélodyssée passes 2 km away). It combines modernity with the charm of traditional Landes brickwork and is perfect for couples or solo travelers. Bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed. Kitchen-living room equipped with fridge, induction cooktop, microwave oven with grill function, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and TV sofa. Walk-in shower and separate toilet. The space INTERNET: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Since the February storm, we haven't had fiber optic service restored. So, there is NO LONGER Wi-Fi at the property. We don't know when it will be restored! Orange reception is very poor at our place; SFR's 4G is fine. As for the other providers, we don't know. So it's time to disconnect and recharge! The cottage is located about 50 meters from our main house on a 5,000 m² wooded plot. Linens and towels are provided. Comfortable queen bed 160x200 Terrace with table and sunbeds. No smoking allowed No pets allowed. Guest access The bike path, the Vélodyssée that leads to the ocean, passes 2 km from the accommodation. There are no public transport services near the accommodation, so you must come by car or bike. Other things to note If you stay at least 15 days in our outbuilding, a "clean towels and sheets" kit will be offered free of charge mid-stay.
