Pricing is based on the number of guests selected at the time of booking. Open the gate and step straight onto the sand. Ground Floor • 1 bedroom with AC, 1 double bed + 1 single bed, and attached bathroom • Living room • Fully equipped kitchen • Small private garden First Floor • 1 bedroom with AC and attached bathroom • Sea-view terrace with dining and lounge area 🔹 AC available in the bedrooms only 🔹 Drinking water is provided ⸻ 🧹 Services & Practical Info • Daily cleaning once per day, strictly between 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM • No caretaker on site, but our assistant is available during daytime • No meal service (kitchen fully equipped and food delivery is easy) 🔧 Hot water information • Hot water is available from the shower tap only (not from the showerhead) If anything is needed, please contact our manager during your stay. ⸻ ⚡ Electricity Short power cuts (10–20 minutes) may occur, as is common in coastal Tamil Nadu.
