The property is a 3-floors maisonette ,where the groundfloor is furnished as a spacious and cozy hotel suite. It is magnificient for groups, families or even couples who seek complete seclusion ! The space The first floor provides 3 bedrooms(two of them have double queen size beds and the third two single beds) and a WC with a shower. There is also a big frontal balkony with magnificient view to the pool and the sea. On the back side there is an extra balkony with mountain view! In the ground floor there is the living room, a fully equiped kitchen , a beautiful queen size bed and the frontal porch with garden. There is also the main bathroom. In the basement there is an additional suite with a double bed and a lounge!It is an individual space but there is no door in the staicase leading upstairs. However the best area of the house is the front porch facing the garden and the swimming pool. You can hang out in the outside lounge, BBq and sit together at the dining table. You will love it! Guest access You will have full access to the whole house, the balkonies and of course the pool area! Other things to note The house is furnished with love , care and attention to detail ! Everything is dedicated to provide you with maximum comfort and peace of mind! Please note that between 15 October - 20 Apr the pool is most probably closed. The pool is shared in the living complex,however it is mostly not crowded since everybody prefer the amazing closeby beaches! The WIFI internet is on all year long! The are two air-conditioning units , one upstairs and one on the ground floor. It is the first house of the living complex so it offers privacy and seclusion!
