The Bramleys, Old Cleeve

The Bramleys is a completely self-contained, single-storey cottage sleeping 4 across two spacious bedrooms, each of which can be made up as a super-king bed or as twin beds (please confirm your preference on booking). The cottage offers a light and airy living-dining room with patio doors leading outside, a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, and a bathroom featuring both a bath and a separate shower cubicle. The space There is level access throughout the property, with no steps from the car park to the front door, making it a good option for guests with restricted mobility, though it is not suitable for wheelchair users. Outside, guests have sole use of a patio with table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining, with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. There is also access to a large shared garden, used in common with the main house next door (run as a Bed & Breakfast) and two other holiday cottages, though there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the scenery. Additional comforts include wireless broadband, a television, a hoover, iron and ironing board, and thermostatic electric radiators, with electricity and heating costs included in the price. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a welcome supply of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits. Private parking is available in the grounds, with a second space possible if requested in advance. Please note The Bramleys is not suitable for children under 14, is strictly non-smoking, and does not permit pets. Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am, with a minimum stay of three nights for short breaks. The owners would love to welcome guests over Christmas and will ask in advance whether you would like a Christmas tree provided.
