Tidy 2nd floor apartment with views to Mount Maunganui and Bethlehem Town Centre, homeowners live on-site on the ground floor. Guests have private access and plenty of off street parking including garage. No cooking facilities but small fridge, toaster and jug are available for guest use. Tea, coffee and continental breakfast provided. Close to shopping centre and array of specialty shops. Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool (but the spa is not available). The space Spacious queen bedroom, separate bathroom with dual sinks and wooden bench and floors, separate lounge with TV and panoramic view to Mount Maunganui plus separate breakfast/entry nook. Guest use of pool area (excluding spa) is provided but owners will not be responsible for the safety of individuals (please refer to our conditions of use). Guest access Guest access is via the garage and internal door, leading into the breakfast nook. The ground floor is locked and for owners use only. Entry to the pool area is via the secured gate. Other things to note For privacy reasons, we have set aside only one bedroom for our guests, so there is no sharing of facilities with other guests. A second queen bedroom is available for guests travelling with one or two family members or friends, but only by prior arrangement. Waimarino Water and Adventure Park is a short 5 min drive for all kayak-focused interests with various water activities, plus a climbing wall & picnic areas with BBQs. Close by is the Tauranga to Omokoroa cycle trail which passes close to the Cider Factorie for lunch, refreshments and sales with a focus on producing traditionally styled ciders made from real fruit.
