Forest of Dean three bed cottage + walled garden

Detached country cottage in the heart of a small town. Newent is ideally situated for exploring the Cotswolds, Forest of Dean and the Malverns. The house is very peaceful and serene, with a private walled garden. The house has three bedrooms (one an attic with a large window seat bed) The house is ideal for reading and relaxing. On the doorstep are all the shops and amenities of Newent. There is parking in a private car park. The space This is my family home, not a dedicated holiday home, so it is not pristine, I am no Kim & Aggie or Marie Kondo! Dogs are welcome if they are well behaved and won't cause any damage. There is a terrapin in the garden pond and she usually disappears when a dog arrives, so as long as your dog is not an aggressive hunter should be okay. I'm very happy for you to use what you need to. There is a basic cross-trainer in the garden and an exercise bike. There is a home office in the garden with power which can be used if you need to work. There is only one bathroom, which is downstairs. The garden office can be used for an extra bed - I have a full sized blow up bed which is very comfortable. The house and garden are lovely - I think and it's a very relaxing place. Guest access parking is in the private carpark attached to the back. It is owned by the landlord of a neighbouring property. You will need to add a note to the dashboard with "Church Cottage" on. Alternatively there is free parking in the church carpark nearby. Other things to note New carpet in the attic, so would prefer no shoes / dogs / food up there. I am vegan, so particularly keen to host vegetarian and vegan guests, but everyone's welcome.
