Apartment (70 sq.m) is located in tourist part of Zadar, on a peninsula called Puntamika and is surrounded with beautiful beaches on three sides (sand and stone beaches). Just 2 minutes walking distance from the beaches. The space Apartment is located in our family house on the ground floor (separate entrance), and someone will always be there at your disposal. The apartment is not in the noisy or traffic area so it gives you both the benefit of feeling the heart-beat of the city, and the benefits of enjoying peaceful and calm nights..Bus station is 200 meters away. It takes a 10-minute bus ride to get to the city center, and buses come frequently. Apartment have two bedroom with double bed, well-equipped kitchen,dining room, balcony and bathroom. The apartment is equipped with SAT-LCD TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioner, fridge/freezer, gas cooker, washing machine, coffee maker , microwave oven, hair dryer, sheets and towels . All guests get a parking place free of charge.
