We live on a semi rural property surrounded by mountain views and many friendly animals. Our place is located 5 mins drive away from Arrowtown, 15 mins from the airport and 25 mins from central Queenstown. You will enjoy a feeling of remoteness on our equine property while the main highway to Queenstown is at the end of our driveway! The space Enjoy a great mountain views from your room and a direct access to the deck and front lawn. Pixel, our happy and well behaved dog, will never be far if you would like to play with her! Please be aware that the pup, ( Muzzle ) is still full on and can be a bit of a pain. If you don’t like dogs, this place is probably not for you! Ponty the parrot and the roosters will make an early bird out of you so this is not be the best environment for late sleepers! The bedroom comes with a quality super King size bed, 43" Smart TV, bar fridge, walk in wardrobe and has its own small ensuite bathroom with basin, shower and toilet. We would also love for you to make the most of our outdoor area over the summer period! Feel free to chill out and read a book and have a drink on the deck. The spa is also available for your use during day light hours. Please bare in mind that we do not offer access to our kitchen and other parts of the house. Check our other listing if you require more space and cooking facilities! We have a self contained unit on site that you could book instead or we can give you a great deal for both places if you require 2 bedrooms! Guest access - Be aware that the house may be noisier between 7pm and 9pm while we are finally around cooking dinner. - You are welcome to eat take away meals on the deck during the summer period but please keep in mind that we do not offer cooking facilities. - BYO breakfast- Breakfast is not included - The Spa is available for your use during day light hours. - Feel free to take the most of the outdoors, walk around the property and meet our friendly animals. During your stay We will give you a lot of privacy during your stay. However we are both sociable and always willing to help out our guests! My stepson Jackson 16 years old is with us every other week. We run a small horse agistment business on site so expect to see a few horses and their owners around during your stay. Other things to note Transportation : - This place is not suitable for guests without a vehicle. Parking : - Outdoor parking only. Amenities : - Refreshments : A selection of tea and Nespresso coffees is provided in your bedroom. - Breakfast : Please bring your own breakfast or we will happily recommend you places for a nice breakfast in the Arrowtown area. - Dining : We expect guests to dine out in the evening since we do not offer kitchen access. You will have plenty options within 10min drive from our place! - Spa : The spa is available during daylight hours only. - Laundry : Feel free to ask us if you would like to use our washing machine. We welcome one load per stay. - Ironing equipments available on request. Animal Interaction : - Perfect opportunity to interact with our friendly animals! - The lambing season usually varies from September to early November.
