This apartment is accessible only by stairs. There are two apartments on the second floor this one and a one bedroom both set up as short term rentals. We own and run the businesses on the ground floor so we are here to deal with problems but will not bother you unless you ask for something. One block from the Stiefel Theatre, one block from the Salina Community Theatre, across the parking lot from the Salina Fieldhouse. One block from The Alley with bowling, laser tag and an arcade. There are plenty of restaurants withing walking distance and a grocery store two blocks away. Parking is in the city parking lot behind the building. Across the street from a bus stop walking distance to rental bicycles. We have two rollaway beds that can be used upon request to accommodate up to six guests.
