Classy, modern, beautiful vacation home

Modern, beautiful, luxurious vacation home great for families and groups. With classy, unique design features and with high-end amenities. Best features are huge front garden, spacious rooftop overlooking scenic rice fields, open space, high ceiling. Built as our vacation home, but we live in the US and we visit Vigan City only every two years. It is gated, with parking space, and within a compound, surrounded by my family's houses, and you will feel at home with their hospitality. The space Bunk bed style, with 6 queen sized beds. Can sleep 10-12 people. We only have 1 large bedroom and 1 large bathroom, so we prefer hosting maximum of 8 people. There is sofa bed in the living room. Open space living and dining. Possibility to add extra mattresses or foams in the living room or bedroom. There is air conditioning in both bedroom and living room. There is beautiful kitchen, and guests are free to cook (or enjoy local eateries or famous restaurants within 5-minute walking distance). We only have 1 large bathroom, with access doors to the bedroom and living room. We are next to Hidden Garden, a famous tourist destination in the city. We are 7 min drive to the city center and 5 min drive to 2 beach access points - Mindoro and San Pedro beach. We are about 20 houses away from the Vigan airport. We are located in a greener and quieter part of Vigan City. Other things to note We are very happy and proud of this newly-built vacation home. We are looking for families and groups who can appreciate the unique/modern features of the home and can take care of it while we are away. We live in the US, and can only enjoy the place every 18 months. We hope the guests would enjoy it and offer a relaxing vacation in Vigan City.
