Casa Dora in Batignano (ca 60 m²) is a house in tuscan style and has a private outside space, with umbrella, table and chairs to enjoy eating outside. The garden is shared with our villa, situated next to the house. Batignano is located in the south of Tuscany and is a perfect base for discovering the Maremma region. It offers beautiful medieval villages, long sandy beaches (half an hour drive by car) and extensive nature reserves. The double bed is 150 x 190 cm and the small single bed 70 x 180 cm. - Is there air conditioning? Yes, there is air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living area. The use is included in the price. - Is there heating? Yes, the use must be paid on the spot according to consumption. - Is there a television? Yes, the television has Italian channels. - Is there a washing machine? Yes, in the storage room next to Casa Dora. The use is included in the price. - Is there a cot available?
