"Sunny" Private Room near Golf Course n Beaches

Private Room, Private Kitchenette, Private entrance! Second best to having your own apartment, our rental side of the house is CLEAN, cozy and spacious! Room with central AC, walk-in-closet, offers the peace you need in our super safe n beautiful tropical neighborhood. Areas outside of the room include a covered patio on the side of the house, and a common area inside the converted garage with a full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, washer, etc. Come n enjoy! The space The "Sunny" is a no frills room with an independent entrance to the house on the side and through a private covered patio and a converted garage used as a common area. It features a queen size bed, a couch, a small desk, a night table, a walk-in-closet to hang your clothes, and a chair; the common area has washer/dryer, full-size fridge, coffee maker, among other appliances so you are all set to enjoy a quick breakfast, heat up a meal and keep your beverages cool! This room does not have access to a full kitchen. Guest access You will enter the house using a side gate, then punch in a first code on a lock pad to access our converted garage where there is a common area, and then after a small step, you’ll walk into your private bathroom where you’ll punch in a second code to access your room. During your stay Languages spoken: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian. We are glad to help our guests with common questions they may have about the city and the area, we also enjoy hanging out with them in the kitchen if the opportunity arises, and on occasion going out to tour Miami by E-scooter, stop by a jazz club or any other cool area in town since we feel we are tourists ourselves in this continuously changing Miami, a dynamic town that attracts visitors, artists and investors alike, non-stop and from all over the world. Other things to note It is a large property of about 1800 sq ft, divided in two, right and left-hand side areas. Guests stay on the left side of the house in total privacy, and interaction with the two hosts is completely optional.
