hi, welcome to my apartment! :) -- fit for university student and worker. Great for entertaining and living: spacious, updated small double bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, good view of working space. -- 3 - 8 minutes walk to University of Indonesia KRL Station; 15 minutes from Margo City -- this apartment is available for rent as per 6 month or it can be yearly (with great adjustments of price, of course) -- message me! The space there will not be any sharing of space -- the room is equipped with an AC unit, a small double bed, TV with a local broadcast and a great view right from the window. There is a big cupboard allowing you to store you belongings without making the room messy Guest access swimming pool, yeay! The building also provided 24-hour security guard and paid parking -- this apartment also has elevators, so if you are carrying a large luggage, it should be no problem at all -- conventional taxies and online taxies are easy to get. Also if you have food delivered to the apartment, you have to pick it up at the lobby due to secure issues :) -- ah, there is LaundryCafe on the GF (Ground Floor) if you have to wash the clothes (paid) Other things to note Do kindly provide a brief description of all persons staying in the apartment or your purpose in Jakarta when inquiring. This will help me speed up your booking selection process -- Do read through detailed information about my space on the listing before inquiring or booking so you are completely up-to-date on what to expect in my apartment before confirming -- Do use the premises with care. Any damage or lost will be charged -- DON'T smoke inside the apartment. It is bad for yout health -- DON'T bring pets, even though i love animals, but the apartment management wouldn't let me -- DON'T party and do criminal activities or anything against the law -- As this is Airbnb apartment not a hotel, I appreciate your common courtesy and understanding to tidy up after yourselves before you check out -- Be wise in energy consumption (water & electricity) peace, love, smile :)
