The space Osakasamia is a charming Bed & Breakfast nestled in the heart of Spinea, conveniently connected to Venice and its mainland via frequent buses and trains. While kitchen use is not available, guests can enjoy top-quality linen and towels, along with daily cleaning services. Guest access Guests are kindly informed that kitchen access is not available. The bathroom is cleaned daily and may be shared with 2-3 other guests, although there is a chance you might have it to yourself. Free street parking is available in front of the house, located in a quiet area. The town of Spinea offers several good, affordable homemade-style restaurants and pubs, providing an authentic local experience. Residents are friendly and welcoming. The house is strictly non-smoking, and non-smoking guests are preferred. During your stay We are always available via SMS and email, and of course, during breakfast time. Other things to note In accordance with National Law, it is strictly prohibited to introduce additional persons into the house during your stay.
