Located 2 minutes walk to the bay, the available room is within a shared 2 bedroom apartment which features air-conditioning/ heating, built in wardrobes (mirrored), internal laundry, pay television (Foxtel), security intercom system and undercover carpark. Close to Mascot/Airport (15 mins), Miranda shops (10 mins), Cronulla beach (15 mins) and City (25mins). The bus stops just outside the door. There is also a pet dog. The space You’ll have access to your room and all the common areas of the apartment including: bathroom, lounge, dining and outdoor courtyard. Guest access You’ll be in close proximity to the local beach and there is public transport close by to take you to wherever you need to go. During your stay I’ll be at home in the evening after work to catch up. I am contactable by phone and email throughout the day if you need anything.
