Arnewood Rise is a luxury period holiday home in the heart of the New Forest, perfect for groups of all ages. Set in 5.5 acres, enjoy landscaped gardens, a heated outdoor pool, a tennis court, and plenty of space for outdoor games. Relax in the wood-fired hot tub (extra charge, please request in advance). Walk to the National Park or drive to the coast and charming villages. The space A spacious countryside house made for memorable stays with friends and family, full of character, cosy corners, and plenty of room to relax, play and eat together. Downstairs you’ll find a large, fully equipped kitchen with a professional RangeMaster cooker, island and dining area, plus a utility room with washing/drying facilities. There’s also a bathroom on the ground floor and a ground-floor king bedroom, ideal for guests who prefer not to use stairs. For fun and downtime, enjoy the games room with snooker table, football table and a well-stocked library, leading into a super comfy sitting room with a wood-burning stove and TV area. The house also offers several dining spaces, including a beautiful conservatory with grapevines overlooking the gardens, perfect for slow breakfasts. Outside, enjoy the heated swimming pool, tennis court, ample garden space for games, and fields with ponies at the back. Fire up the Latin American-style parrilla BBQ for long outdoor lunches and evenings together. A Scandinavian wood-fired hot tub is also available for an additional charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to use it so we can have it ready for your stay. Upstairs, the home sleeps up to 14 across 6 bedrooms, plus a large family bathroom and a separate toilet room. There’s also a playroom with books, games and a large-screen TV for family film nights. Guest access We have ample parking on the property at the front via a short driveway. A car is recommended for getting around the area but not essential. Sway is the nearest village with small supermarkets and a fantastic butcher selling local produce. Other things to note The hot tub needs to be pre-booked so we can get it ready for you. It has an additional cost of a £50 one-off fee per stay. Please take care when using this. all instructions are in the handbook. The outdoor pool is usually heated from 1st April to October 31st (weather dependent). The main house shares grounds with a smaller one-bedroom property, the Hayloft. We will provide the first basket of logs free of charge. During the winter months, we offer a special rate for smaller group bookings of 8 or fewer. Please contact me for further information.
