Light and airy double room close to River Exe

Situated in the friendly village of Exton, just 4 miles from both the historic city of Exeter and the seaside town of Exmouth, the roof room is light and airy, with a King size bed, access to a shared bathroom, and fast WiFi. It is ideally positioned to explore the local area, being just 5 minutes walk from the Exe cycle path, Exton train station and main bus routes. While it doesn't have parking on site there is still plenty of road parking through the village towards the Puffing Billy pub. During your stay My husband and I will be around the home and are happy to interact with guests, however also understand that you may want your own space. We both work full time so will be coming and going during guests stays. We are more than happy to recommend things to do and places to visit.
