A haven of peace, no near neighbours, in a lovely rural situation. Can sleep up to 20 people max in 5 bedrooms; with all mod cons - a fully equipped kitchen; dining room seating up to 20; 4 showers, in 300 m2 of living space. MININUM RENTAL 2 NIGHTS. Cost is 11 euros/person/night during the week (except for July/August & Xmas hols) and 19 euros/person/night at the week-ends. (except July & August, Xmas & New Year). Cleaning option - 150e if we do it Bedding option - 8e/per/stay Heating - 10e/day The space A unique stone and slate farmhouse and manor house dating from 1664. There are no close neighbours so it is very quiet and private here, with lots of local wildlife passing through ! I have renovated the house using only natural materials, and there are solar panels for heating 500 litres of hot water. The heating system is with a heat pump, so no fumes or pollution expelled. The house can comfortably sleep 20, but a maximum of 18 would be preferable so that all are comfortable with the amenities available. I am around rarely, and anyway there is so much space that we dont need to be obliged to share space if we dont want to ! Guest access There is a hi fi system, with a huge music collection (MP3) that you can use, many indoor and outdoor games, TV with DvD player, musical instruments - piano, synthesiser, drums & percussion etc. The dining room table doubles as a table-tennis table, too! There is garden furniture if you want to sit outside. The guests' bedrooms will be their totally private space, and I would share the kitchen, lounge and bathroom with them if I am around.(Very rare!) The only space that would be private for me would be my bedroom. No smoking in the house, but outside is fine !
