We have a very modern home with lots of windows letting the light in. Our house is not child proof so we do not accept children under 13. Bedrooms are good size with comfy beds. We have been here in Cincinnati for a combined 35 years and know almost everything to do here! We have traveled all over the world and enjoy hosting others. The space A) The Main Guest Room (THIS LISTING) with queen bed ( giraffe & bookshelf) has a shared bathroom (if someone is staying in the "office" room.) B) The downstairs room has it's own separate keyed entry & it's own private bathroom & shower. It shares the bathroom if someone is staying in the Main Guest room SEPARATE LISTING ON AIRBNB (https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/26278862) Cleaning fees are $12.00 per room and covers the entire length of stay (10 days or less). Long term guests( over 10 days) are responsible for washing & drying their bed linens and towels that we provide. We will provide the laundry dryer. We do this to protect your privacy All long-term guests (28 or more days) must provide their own laundry detergent and dryer sheets, toilet paper and shower soap ( soap, shampoo and lotion) We are a very welcoming couple in our fifties with travel experience all over the globe. Our master bedroom is off-limits and is not for rent. This is our home so the entire house is not for rent. We are situated inside the I-275 Beltway near all major highways and 15 minutes from Kings Island, 20 minutes from downtown depending in traffic. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Not much public transportation near here. You would need a car. Tillie is our dog. She is 52 lb Black Labrador that is very sweet and loves to play ball. Bella is our cat who is very sweet and playful Pool is available Mid-June to Mid-September depending on temperature and weather Guest access You can use all the rooms in the house except our Master bedroom. We have a large fully stocked kitchen which you are welcome to you or share dinner with us. During your stay If you want to have dinner, or coffee to discuss what to do in Cincinnati, we are here to assist. If you would like to sit with us in the evening and talk, we are open to that also.
