Villa in Tropical Paradise in Sea Oaks, Vero Beach

This Tennis Villa is in a lush tropical setting desirably located between the Atlantic Ocean and Intra-coastal waterway within a private, gated community known as Sea Oaks. This luxurious one bedroom, 2 full bath villa has French doors opening to a large lanai overlooking a tropical garden of live oak and palm trees. Sea Oaks is a 5 Star Tennis & Beach community with 16 beautifully maintained har-tru tennis courts. Our Beach Club offers fine dining and an oceanfront gazebo bar. The space The Tennis Villa is on the first floor of a small, eight unit structure. The living room and kitchen share an open concept design. There is a 55 inch flat screen TV and Bose stereo for your entertainment pleasure. The bedroom has an ensuite bath with jacuzzi tub and a king size bed. There is a Sony Bravia television, large closet space, and French doors framed with plantation shutters for when you desire to sleep in. Guest access The Tennis Villa is self contained and private. Your guest access is controlled by keypad entry with a special code that you select for your ease and security. All that Sea Oaks offers is available for you to enjoy! Other things to note Additional information about rental rates: The following Applications and Club Dues are required of all guests renting a Tennis Villa in the Sea Oaks community and are included in your rental fee. There is NO ADDITIONAL COST to the guest. APPLICATION FEES: All guests at our Tennis Villa in Sea Oaks are required to complete an Application to Lease. A $75 fee for Sea Oaks Property Association and a $25 fee for the Tennis Villa Residential Association ($100 total) is paid by the Owner/Host. All guests at our Tennis Villa are required to obtain temporary membership in the Sea Oaks Beach & Tennis Club. These club dues are charged to us as owners and are payable directly to the Sea Oaks Beach & Tennis Club based on the duration of your stay. These Club Dues rates include tax: $134.82 per week and are included in your rental fee. Your Club Dues will allow you to enjoy all club privileges, including tennis and workout facilities, pools, dining, private beach, and many other Sea Oaks activities. Marina use is not included in guest Beach & Tennis Club dues. There is also Florida tourist tax of 12% which is also included in your rental fee.
