The space - Recently renovated kitchen with new appliances and granite countertops. - Super fast high-speed wifi internet - Ultra 4k HDTV Guest access You'll have access to the entire upstairs loft through a private external staircase through the rear of the building (the backside doesn't have the most curb appeal you've ever seen, but once you're inside, you're going to love it!). Other things to note Noise: It's usually pretty quiet, but we are right downtown, and some noise comes with that. The courthouse clock tower nearby rings every hour from 7 am to 7 pm, and two mornings a week, the trash trucks make their rounds about 7 am. We also rent the 2nd-floor unit on Airbnb, so you may occasionally hear footsteps. We also ask that you keep noise to a reasonable minimum for the same reason. Parking: We have two reserved spaces in a parking garage three blocks from the unit, located at 863 Narrow Gauge Ave. These are shared with the other unit on a first-come, first-served basis. For loading and unloading luggage, there are meters directly in front of the house. There is also a public parking lot directly across the street, which is free on weeknights after 5 pm and all weekend long.
