Hello! We are offering a Luxurious stay with great amenities near Lackland AFB. This stay includes a Mini-fridge in your room, plenty of storage space, Queen sized memory foam bed, private master bathroom and a 55" 4K TV with all streaming platforms. The entire home is a common area for guests, We are available 24/7 with any questions or concerns! ♥ LGBT Friendly ♥ The space The entire home is remodeled, and outfitted with Modern Decor. Our Suite #3 is a Master Bedroom with attached Master Bathroom. The entire home is on Airbnb, or leased. It is fully furnished and all areas of the home other than the other bedrooms are considered "Common area" this includes the kitchen and utensils, outdoor furniture, etc. Our home is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, we also have a security system with multiple cameras. Guest access Upon entering the home, you will see a hallway located under the stairs, the door to your room will be located with a number "3" on the door. If you walk past the laundry room you are heading in the wrong direction. Parking under the carport is first come first serve to any guest that would like to park underneath, Otherwise street parking is available! During your stay I will always be available by phone, or through Aribnb! Other things to note ---PET POLICY--- *Pets are no longer allowed due to multiple instances of damage to our home. ---WASH/DRYER USE--- *Washing is free (Detergent included!) as long as COLD water is used. *Drying is free as long as LOW HEAT/LONG RUN TIME is used. Why? We try our best to reduce our carbon footprint by using energy efficiently and recycling, energy costs are terribly high in San Antonio and these rules help offset that while also doing our part to save the planet.
