The Granary - Detached 3 Bed period property

One of our 10 cottages at Beck House Cottages but still private. The Granary is just that, the original, detached granary on the farm boasting large gardens and wonderful views. The Granary is our flagship cottage, it is spacious, with two living rooms, a conservatory and a large kitchen dinner, most downstairs rooms open on to the patio. It sleeps 7 across the 3 ensuite bedrooms. One double bedroom with a wet room is on the ground floor, so this ideal for those with mobility issues. The space There are great woodland trails for long walks before returning back to these cosy cottages just 6 miles from the market town of Pickering The cottage is newly renovated but still retains its traditional charm. A newly installed efficient air source heating system has been installed . Wifi works well across the site and there are also electric car charging points installed. The 47 acres is available for guest use and this is surrounded by a beautiful river. We have an abundance of animals, horses, chickens, ducks, doves, peacocks, wild dear, otters and beavers and of course our own dog and 2 farm cats! Guest access The granary is ideal for multiple generations of the same family as one of the 3 bedrooms is on the ground floor, with an accessible wet room, this bedroom being close to the kitchen and living room. The other 2 en-suite bedrooms are on the first floor. Other things to note The granary has a large enclosed patio area with outside seating and this overlooks a large garden and the 47 acres of land that guests can use. There is limited mobile phone signal on site because of limited mobile phone masts in the north York moors national park, but the WiFi works well across the site. EE has the best reception but others not so much. There is a laundry on site but the Granary has its own washing machine and dishwasher. Bedding and towels and provided and other items can be provided such as travel cots and hi-chairs on wheelchair ramps. Dogs are very welcome
